Loyola University School-Based Health Center
We can help if your teen’s school or sports health requirements aren’t up to date — physicals and vaccines are provided for FREE!
The School-Based Health Center (SBHC), operated by Loyola University Chicago’s Niehoff School of Nursing, provides no-cost primary health care for all Proviso students — right inside the school (Room 86B, 1st floor, next to the School Nurse).
Our interdisciplinary team of nurse practitioners, physicians, clinical social workers, and a registered dietitian is here to support your teen’s physical and emotional well-being.
Services include:
· School and sports physicals
· Immunizations — free for students with Medicaid or those who are uninsured
· Care for minor illnesses and injuries
· Management of asthma, diabetes, and other conditions
· Behavioral health counseling and support
· Nutrition therapy and health education programs & more!
Parents and guardians are always welcome!
